ラグビーというスポーツを通して、
静岡を、ここに暮らすすべての人々を、
ブルーレヴズに関わる全てのステークホルダーを
繋ぎ、束ねる（BIND）ハブとなる。
フィールドの上では勝利とその先にある日本一を
静岡にもたらし、
ラグビー界に変革をもたらし、
世界最高峰に挑戦（TRY）し続ける。

Through the sport of rugby, we aim to become a hub that connects and binds Shizuoka, all the people who live here, and all the stakeholders involved with the BlueRevs.
On the field, we will bring victory and the national championship to Shizuoka, and off the field, we will change the world of rugby with innovation and passion, and continue to try to be the best in the world.
